Join As a Mentor
As a bootcamp mentor, you will gain access to the bootcamp to meet various business owner attendees. You will be able to share your story and experience (no powerpoint slides needed) during the bootcamp. You will be assigned some groups of bootcamp attendees where you can share more insights as well as answer questions they may have.
How The Mentor Level Works
Here is what the flow is for being a mentor in the GFA bootcamp.
Apply To Be a Mentor
We don’t just accept anyone! We want to have experienced experts with boots on the ground. We reserve the right to select those we feel are most suitable.
Once Approved, Setup Your Profile
After the application process is approved, we will setup your profile and list you as a round table host. We will have you focus on 1 topic of your expertise.
Receive a Free Pass To The Bootcamp
You will get a general entry ticket to the event to enjoy the other parts of the core event. Also enjoy discounts to other bootcamp sessions if you would like to attend.
Attend Our Speaker Dinner
Network with other mentors, instructors, and VIP guests during the pre-event VIP dinner.
Arrive Morning of the Round Table Event
We will have all mentors come up on stage in the morning to share their experiences for a few minutes.
Host 2 Round Table Sessions (45 minutes each)
You will be assigned 2 sessions, so that attendees can alternate between round tables. You will host two 45 minute sessions with alternating participants.
Attend Other Round Tables
When your round tables are not in session, please feel free to enjoy other expert’s round table sessions.

The bootcamp sessions are about TAKING ACTION and while presentation slides are helpful, we want to have you actually showing how to use tools and strategies, with the attendees using their laptops and working alongside you.

Once Approved, Setup Your Profile
After the application process is approved, we will setup your profile and list you as a round table host. We will have you focus on 1 topic of your expertise.
Suggestion: Host 1 Beginner & 1 Advanced Session
Based on our feedback, there is a demand for both beginner and advanced level of many bootcamp suggestions. To make it worth your time, as well as reach the most amount of attendees (and profit) we suggest you host 2 sessions, one beginner level and one advanced level, in the topic you are covering.
Provide Outline & Sales Video Of Your Bootcamp Sesion
Our team will need you to give an outline of your 3 hour bootcamp session. We also request a video of you introducing this session with a call to action to join your GFA bootcamp session for marketing purposes.
Receive a Free Pass To The Bootcamp
You will get a general entry ticket to the event to enjoy the other parts of the core event. Also enjoy discounts to other bootcamp sessions if you would like to attend.
Receive Confirmation Your Session(s) Are Filled
As the bootcamp approaches, we will let you know how many of your spots have been booked. If not enough, we may need to postpone your session for the next bootcamp.

We will give you the schedule and you will host your 3 hour session(s) on the topics you advertised. We will collect feedback from attendees and you can also connect with your attendees directly to prepare them for the session or for followups.
What are the Benefits of Being a GFA Bootcamp Instructor?
So you’re wondering – what are the benefits of being an instructor (what’s in it for me)
Fair point, and common question.
As an instructor, you will be receiving profit share from the session you host at the bootcamp. Depending on the amount of sessions you do, as well as amount of people who attend, you will be compensated as follows:
- 70% of the revenue from the session(s) you host (minus the travel and accommodation
- Reimbursements made for travel and accommodation for your coming out.
Example of the Formula
If you host 1 session and it sells 10 seats to the session at 300 USD:
300 USD * 10 seats sold
3,000 USD revenue
3,000 USD * 70%
2,100 USD profit share
– flight and hotel
(example 1,100 USD) if flying from outside of Asia
GFA Payout To Instructor
$1,000 USD (if GFA pre-paid hotel and flight.)

Common Questions
What are the benefits of the program?
It depends on your level of involvement. As a mentor, we compensate with VIP dinner, entry, and public recognition as a GFA Bootcamp mentor. If an instructor, we have a healthy profit share model in place (see instructor program details above).
What if something comes up and I need to cancel
We understand life happens. An emergency with a factory order, a client blowup, family tragedy, etc. Because people are booking your table and/or bootcamp session, we really need to have a true emergency reason and will explain that to those attendees and try to place them in a similar session.
What if not enough people book my round table or bootcamp session?
Leading up to the event, we will market this across our network and encourage you to also share this bootcamp and your session(s). As the bootcamp approaches, if not enough people have booked your session we will discuss if you would still like to do it or not. We recommend at least 5 people participate in your session(s).
Is this an ongoing commitment?
While we hope you come back to future events, currently you are only required to attend the event you have applied for.
